I appreciate the thought of losing weight But it won’t happen overnight.. U need time, patience and determination!

For the Diet I suggest lots of protein with well planned carbs

Veggies
Fruits
Brown rice
Brown bread
These foods will help u lose weight and it’ll help u lose body fat and eventually you’ll be happy to see yourself in the mirror one day 😉
I ate the same foods mentioned above in the proper proportions as recommended by my trainer.. And I lost 7.5 kg in 2 and half months 😉
One main rule u should never forget is NEVER GIVE UP!! 😉
