I have purchased some waist garments like this before and this one is the best quality I’ve purchased for such a good price. The reviews are very mixed when it comes to sizing and the charts are not very helpful. LUCKILY the size I bought was perfect so I’ll insert some info about my body to help someone like me. I am 245 lbs, 5’4, with a belly. My chest is 42F. I wear a size 18 jeans and XXL Shirt. I bought a size 4x I’m this item. I have a long torso but since the breast part is separated from the belt section it works perfectly. It fit like a glove with room to adjust as I shrink. I love it so much. When I first received it I wore it for an hour and it made me so sweaty. Super flexible for workouts, I really couldn’t be happier.

Tiffany：As soon as it arrived I tried it on and did a little workout and baby it definitely works!!! You will be sweating! I ordered my regular size I’m glad I did because I wanted it to be tight. It was a struggle to zip up the chest area but I got it zipped. I feel like if I would of went up a size it would have been too big and not tight… It is very comfortable and lightweight!! I love it!!!

I order ed this to wear outside of a dress…the hook closure in the front is easy to blend into the fabric…..the corset back is easily adjustable..however, I will be changing the black cord strings for brown leather cord instead since black doesn’t match.
