LadyL: I’m 5’5 255 lbs. and I bought both 2x for me & 3x (girlfriend) since I didn’t have our measurements at the time. I found out after my Tummy is 55inch round. The vest isn’t long enough for me but covers 97% of my long belly. The 2x was too small so I ended up with the 3x. I must find a different brand for my girlfriend per this one doesn’t have bigger sizes. I got them within 2 days, there was no smell and the items came in clean plastic. I began to sweat right away once I put it on. I don’t sweat as much as the picture but (I’m not a natural sweater either) which is why I bought it. I need help sweating during my workouts. I have a skin condition, so I was worried about rashes from the skin to skin contact witch I didn’t get rash, but I do itch some. But I think it might be from just sweating not product. I like the item and will keep the 2x so I can use it once I’m down to size.

This stays up very well no rolling, straps are wide, padded and comfortable, and the plus to this is that it zips up so it kind of holds you in a bit and helps confidence-wise while at the gym.
