John Conger：I really enjoyed the way it made me sweat more exactly as I wanted but it came way too large. I ordered the size I normally wear in clothes but I highly recommend ordering a size smaller. The legs didn’t even touch my thighs because it was so big. Also, with the shoulder straps being adjustable, it’s great but the fabric rubbed and irritated my shoulders.

Purchaser：I am a plus size 18 to 20 oh, I got a 2X it fits great and then legs and stomach but the shoulders are way too tight. They just come undone. And then it takes me a little while to get it back without it scratching my skin. Wore it today for 4 hours, while I clean the house and rearrange the furniture. I was very sweaty. LOL, If the shoulder straps had a little more them so you could make them bigger and smaller it would be a lot better.

Chocolate drop：I’m 5’3 170. I ordered a large. It fits snug in the rear with a big gap in the waist area. I can manage a treadmill or run workout in this suit. Any other exercises will have to be done with the straps undone because they come apart. They will probably stay once an I lose a few more pounds. I was disappointed with the suit at first because I didn’t see the sweat. However, after getting home and taking it off I realized that the suit and my underwear were drenched in sweat. It does the job. The smell wasn’t as pungent as I thought it would be. I give it three stars because of the straps and minimal flexibility.
